POLICY RESERVES AND CANCELLATION
Net values do not charge service fees;
Breakfast included;
One child up to 5 years in the same room of parents does not pay;
Extra bed - 30% of the daily or package;
Confirmation of reservation by depositing 50% of the total daily
The balance of the day regarding the booking and / or amendment, shall be paid upon arrival by the hotel guest
Check-in after 13 hours, Check-out until 12 hours;
Requests for cancellations must be sent to the e-mail, phone or fax of our Reservation Center and its receipt must be confirmed by the attendant.
The cancellations will be charged as shown in the table below:
Best Season (except July and August bank holidays).
Up to 15 days in advance without charge.
Less than 14 days in advance, 50% of the total reservation.
High Season July and August (except holidays)
Up to 30 days in advance without charge.
Less than 29 days in advance 50% of the total booking.
Special Packages (New Year, Carnival and Easter, Holidays, etc.)
Up to 30 days in advance 25% of the total reservation.
Less than 29 days in advance 50% of the total booking.
In case of early departure on any reservation will be charged the full amount.
NO SHOW
No Show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the day of check-in. The apartment will be available for 24 hours. After this period the reservation will be canceled and will be adopted the same procedure of cancellation policy (it will be a cancellation with less than 14 days).
